Do I need to register for an account to place an order?
No, you may check out as a guest. Please make sure your email address is correct in case we need to contact you about your order.
Can I pick up my order at your store?
Yes, you can pick them up at our store, located in our home in Fergus Falls
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, paypal (with your email address) or credit card.
Will my cotton candy shrink during shipping?
The only thing that will shrink cotton candy is heat. If your order sits in your car during the summer day, or the sun is shining on it in your house the cotton candy will most likely shrink. Cold temperatures have zero affect on cotton candy. (Try freezing a bag for your next science fair project). With that being said, we cannot promise that your cotton candy will arrive the same way it was shipped. But it should be in similar size and shape.
How long does the cotton candy last?
If you store your order of cotton candy in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, it will last between 3 - 4 weeks. The fluffiness of the cotton candy will shrink a small amount week by week.
What is the size difference between the mini bags and bigger bags?
What flavors do you have?
Our current flavors are Pink Vanilla, Blue Raspberry, Purple Grape, Yellow Lemon, Orange Crush, Green Watermelon, Pink Watermelon and White Vanilla.
Can I call and place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can call us during our store hours at 218-205-4904. If no one picks up please leave your name, number and your order via voicemail and someone will return your call shortly.
Which states do you ship to?
We currently ship to Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois. We are able to ship to all 50 states but it just gets expensive using third party shipping services.
Do you donate your cotton candy for fundraisers or charity events?
Yes. In the past we have been blessed to be able to donate cotton candy to certain fundraisers and charity events. Although we can't donate to every request we do appreciate people asking us to consider. Raising funds to help other people in need is part of the reason why we started this business.
